Customer Service

This customized customer service training taught new receptionists how to handle specific types of calls that are common to their particular business and included role-playing by the characters on the screen, along with quiz choices as to the correct ways to respond.

LinkedIn Training

Recruiters and admissions staff at Westwood College was encouraged to use social media for work in a healthy and positive way, so this module was intended to demonstrate appropriateness of posts, what NOT to post, along with some tips and tricks for making your profile look professional.

Social Media Skills

This is a broader social media skills training for another company that wanted to touch on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

SMART Goals

This mini-training was given to the sales team annually. By clicking on the post-its, it takes you through the meaning of the acronym and ends in a self-reflection page with areas to fill in specific goals for the year. Upon completion, a copy of the goals is sent to both the employee and their supervisor prior to reviews.

Training Tidbits

These 5 to 10 minute trainings were sent to all office employees monthly on "Training Tuesday" and focus on developing soft skills and becoming a better employee. Topics included Health in the Workplace, Positive Attitude, and Communication Skills. Employee completion was incentivized with gift cards and bonuses.

Order Entry

Using screenshots from the program employees were expected to use, this technical training provided step by step processes for entering different types of orders. Animations were timed to the voiceover instructions so that icons and buttons were obvious and easy to find.
